  • CAROLINE EYLES

    Yoga

    Caroline teaches vinyasa flow yoga on Ohki retreats, having trained with FRYOG (Friends of Yoga) in 2016. Her one-to-one and group classes focus on using breath and movement to enhance mindful awareness of the present moment – supporting connection on all levels of the person. Caroline’s 20-year career as a healthcare researcher and practitioner gives her a solid foundation in health and wellbeing, and her experience of working with yogis of all ages and stages, together with her warm and gentle style, makes yoga with Caroline a safe, nurturing and restorative experience.

  • PRIYA TEW

    Pilates

    Priya is an award-winning Level 3 Advanced Pilates teacher and fitness instructor, bringing a keen focus on health and fitness to our Ohki tailored retreats. She was a 2014 Finalist for the national Fitness Professionals Award of Excellence. Priya is also an experienced Sports Massage Therapist and a HCPC Registered Dietician, further adding to her rounded approach to living healthily: If you or your team want to focus on physical health, consider adding Priya to your tailored event.

    Nutritional Therapy

    Aurea is a Registered Nutritional Therapist and Chartered Psychologist who specialises in working with professionals to improve their health, energy and well-being. She brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the extended Ohki team, working with individuals and teams in a highly tailored way to enhance their overall wellbeing. She is a member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT), the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the Complementary & Healthcare Council (CNHC).

  • RICHARD PARKER

    African drumming

    Fancy something different for your tailored retreat? Using his extensive skills as a group facilitator, Richard brings a skilful and unique approach to teaching West African Djembe drumming, using a blend of creative free playing, easy to follow techniques and uplifting rhythms. As well as being fun, inclusive and energising, African drumming has a unique and powerful way of creating a sense of community and enhancing wellbeing, reducing stress and anxiety, and building confidence and motivation – perfect for team retreats.

  • TONY SPENCER

    Sound bathing

    Tony is a fully qualified sound healing therapist. During an immersive sound journey and gong bath experience , Tony will very gently guide you using breath work, meditation techniques and a wide variety of sacred sound healing instruments and tools that have been gathered from different countries around the world. Once the session is finished it’s common for people to leave feeling refreshed, revitalised and rejuvenated. These sessions can also help with conditions such as stress, anxiety, depression and sleep disorders.

  • JACKEE HOLDER

    Creative and reflective writing

    Are you looking to unlock creativity in yourself or you team? Is reflective practice something you want to nourish and encourage as part of your retreat experience? Jackee is an established creative writing tutor, highly experienced executive coach and author of ‘49 Ways to Write Yourself Well’, ‘Be Your Own Best Life Coach’ and ‘Soul Purpose’, and has used reflective writing in her own practice for 30 years. A creative writing session with Jackee might be just what you need to unlock fresh insights and innovation.

Although our retreats began in Hampshire (United Kingdom), we are keen to connect with masterful practitioners across the globe who share our values.
